How do I add an athlete to augo?

In the augo app or on the web, open Athletes, tap ADD, then Copy invite. Share the message it gives you. Your athlete downloads the augo app, creates an account, and either taps your invite link or enters your coach code manually to connect with you.

How do I get started with augo as a coach?

augo gives you one place for your athletes: messages, training data, session feedback and workout creation, plus an assistant that can see all of it. Start by inviting your first athlete, ask them to share session feedback, move your athlete conversations into augo, then put the assistant to work. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT comes last.

How do I create workouts in augo?

There are three ways to create workouts in augo, and you can mix them however you like: shape a session yourself in the workout builder on web, ask the in-app assistant to build it, or have Claude or ChatGPT create a whole block through the augo connector. Whatever you build lands in the athlete's augo calendar, and on Coros, Wahoo and Suunto it is delivered to the device too.

The assistant can see everything that matters: workouts, subjective feedback, conversations and your private notes. Treat it as a sharp assistant coach who has read everything and forgotten nothing, and ask it the kind of question you would normally dig through chats and calendars to answer.

What are coach private notes?

Your assistant is only as good as what it knows. It sees every athlete's workouts, feedback and messages, but not the intake call, the injury history or the season plan living in your head. Private notes are where that goes. A note is linked to one athlete, your athletes never see it, and the only other reader is your assistant.

How do I connect augo with Claude and ChatGPT?

augo runs an MCP server. Add it as a connector and you can ask Claude or ChatGPT about your athletes — their workouts, how they're feeling, and what you've talked about. You can also ask them to create workouts, build reports and process sessions. The sky is the limit.

Which devices and apps does augo integrate with?

augo connects to Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar, Zwift and Strava. The athlete connects once from the augo app, and from then on completed workouts arrive automatically. What else each integration can do — sending planned workouts to the device and pulling in past activities — is in the table below.

How does historical backfill work?

When you connect Coros, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar, Zwift or Strava, augo also pulls in your last 30 days of activities, usually within an hour. Garmin only shares activities from the moment you connect. Need more than 30 days? We can go back up to five years — just ask through the feedback button in the app.

What can I do with the augo connector for Claude and ChatGPT?

Besides the in-app assistant, augo connects to Claude and ChatGPT. You use the language model of your choice on your augo data, and it can act, not just read: ask about any athlete, spot who needs attention, create and assign workouts, draft messages, notes and reports. Our advisor Marco Altini shares what he does with it.

Which workouts are delivered to my device?

Every workout your coach plans in augo shows up in your augo app, whatever device you use. If you use Coros, Wahoo or Suunto, the workout is also sent to the device itself, so you can follow it step by step on the watch or bike computer. Garmin, Polar, Zwift and Strava don't receive planned workouts yet — open the workout in the app instead.

How do I get listed in the augo coach directory?

The augo coach directory is where athletes looking for a coach find one. Apply to be featured and you can be matched with athletes through the matching tool, or found by athletes browsing by sport, location, language and specialism. The page is built for search engines and AI answers, so it brings inbound athletes to you.
