Which workouts are delivered to my device?
Every workout your coach plans in augo shows up in your augo app, whatever device you use. If you use Garmin, Coros, Wahoo or Suunto, the workout is also sent to the device, so you can follow it step by step. For Zwift, MyWhoosh or Rouvy, export it as a .zwo file. Polar, Apple Watch, Strava and Hammerhead don't receive planned workouts. If your Garmin was connected a while ago, reconnect it.

In the app, for everyone
When your coach plans a workout in augo, it appears in your augo app on the day it's scheduled. This works for every athlete, whichever device you train with — and even if you haven't connected one yet.
Sent to the device: Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, Suunto
If you have connected a Garmin, Coros, Wahoo or Suunto account, planned workouts are also delivered straight to the device. The workout shows up in the device's own workout list, and you can start it and follow each step — warm-up, intervals, recoveries, cool-down — from the watch or bike computer during the session.
When you finish, the completed activity syncs back to augo like any other workout, so your coach sees what you actually did next to what was planned.
One thing to check if you're on Garmin: a connection made before augo added workout delivery doesn't carry the permission it needs. If planned workouts aren't reaching your watch, connect Garmin again from the augo app and approve what it asks for. See which devices and apps does augo integrate with?
Everything else: follow it in the app
Planned workouts are not sent to Polar, Apple Watch, Zwift, Strava, Rouvy or Hammerhead. Polar, Apple Watch and Hammerhead are devices augo can read from but not yet write to; Zwift, Strava and Rouvy are apps rather than devices. If you use one of these, open the workout in the augo app before you head out and follow the steps from there.
Riding indoors on Zwift, MyWhoosh or Rouvy? You can still get the workout onto the trainer. Export it from the augo app as a .zwo file and add it to the indoor app yourself — it takes a couple of minutes. See how do I ride an augo workout in Zwift, MyWhoosh or Rouvy?
Hammerhead is worth calling out. The Karoo is a bike computer mounted in front of you, so it looks like it should work the way a Wahoo does. It doesn't yet: augo reads your rides off the Karoo, but can't write a session onto it. Open the workout on your phone before you start.
Your completed activity still syncs back to augo automatically. Only the delivery of the plan to the device is missing — nothing about your results.
For coaches
There's nothing extra to do. Plan workouts in augo as usual; delivery follows whatever device each athlete has connected. An athlete on Coros gets the workout on their watch, an athlete on Polar follows it in the app, and both show up as completed activities in your view.

Related questions
Will my planned workout show up on my watch?
On Garmin, Coros, Wahoo and Suunto, yes — the workout is sent to the device and you can follow it step by step. On Polar, Apple Watch, Strava and Hammerhead it isn't, so open the workout in the augo app instead. For Zwift, MyWhoosh or Rouvy, export it as a .zwo file and load it into the app yourself. It always appears in the app regardless of device.
Does augo send workouts to Garmin?
Yes. Planned workouts are delivered to your Garmin device, so you can start the session from the watch and follow each step. If you connected Garmin a while ago and workouts aren't arriving, connect it again from the augo app to grant the permission it needs.
Do I need to connect a device to see my planned workouts?
No. Planned workouts appear in your augo app as soon as your coach creates them. Connecting a device adds automatic syncing of completed activities, and on Garmin, Coros, Wahoo and Suunto also delivers the plan to the device.
